Abu Dhabi

The city of Abu Dhabi is located on an island in the Persian Gulf, and is the capital of the United Arab Emirates, and the second most populous Emirate after Dubai. Its focus on oil exports and commerce is reflected by the skyline’s modern towers and shopping mega centres. Beneath white-marble domes, the vast Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is perhaps Abu Dhabi’s most famous landmark, with a capacity of 41,000 worshippers.
